Jeremy Handschuh

Jeremy R. Handschuh has a decade of experience as a trusted counselor and tenacious litigator. He currently maintains a broad-spectrum civil law practice with extensive experience in the transportation sector, including both contract drafting and complex litigation, along with insurance coverage disputes and commercial and post-judgment collections.

Jeremy graduated from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University, where he was an active participant in trial advocacy tournaments and Moot Court. His recent accomplishments include a favorable verdict in an Alabama jury trial, where he successfully defended a fraudulent transfer claim combined with an action to pierce the corporate veil. In recent months, Jeremy has also prevailed on appeal in the Georgia Court of Appeals and successfully defeated a petition for certiorari before the Georgia Supreme Court.

Jeremy is an active participant in the Transportation Lawyer's Association (TLA), where he serves as co-chair of the Commercial and Business Litigation Committee. He is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He practices through local counsel in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
